To reduce the propagation of fake news in society and to spread information annd awareness among the citizens of the nationn, the central government has launched an official Corona Virus Heldesk thouh messeging on whatsapp, named as "MyGov Coroa Helpdesk".This atomated chatbot will generate response to the queries of individals related to Corona virus Or COVID-19.


Steps to use "MyGov Corona Helpdesk" :

  • Step 1: Save the corona helpdesk number(9013151515) in yur contact list.
  • Step 2: Open Whatsapp and send message "Hi" to the same contact number you saved earlier.
  • Step 3: The chatbot will get activated and in response it will ask you to choose one option listed by it, as shown in below screenshot.
  • Step 4: Enter the alphabate of your choice from the list ad press send to get answer to your query. You can type "Menu" again list down the main menu.
